Warranty & Repair

Basic 1-Year Warranty

All watches purchased include a standard one-year international warranty or, for select models, a Japan-only warranty. The Japan-only warranty applies exclusively within Japan and covers region-specific manufacturing defects. Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) models are produced for sale in Japan only and are not eligible for international warranty service. 

Repairs under the Japan-only warranty must be handled in Japan. To request service, please ship your watch back to us using a secure, traceable SHIPPING service method. Upon receipt, we will perform a thorough inspection, diagnose any issues, and send you a detailed repair services estimate. Repairs will proceed in accordance with the confirmed warranty terms once you approve the estimate and settle with PayPal payment.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges related to warranty service, regardless of whether the repair falls within the warranty period. This includes transportation to and from our facility, any applicable customs duties, and handling fees.

Note on Returned Contents for Warranty and Repair When submitting a warranty or repair claim, please return the item in the same condition and with the same contents as originally shipped. If certain ancillary items (tags, printed manuals) were not included at shipment due to supplier allocation, you are not required to provide them for warranty assessment; however, any items that were included at shipment must accompany the return. 

To help us care for your watch as quickly and safely as possible, please:

  • Package your timepiece in a sturdy, well-padded box (bubble wrap or foam lining works best).
  • Include your original proof of purchase and a brief, clear description of the issue you’re experiencing.
  • Attach a few high-resolution, well-lit photos that focus on the area(s) of concern.
