BASIC 1-YEAR JAPAN WARRANTY

Watch is covered with a 1-year JAPAN ONLY warranty and is not an international warranty.
ALL our watch repair must be done in Japan, EVEN within the warranty period.
The watch must be returned to us for any repair needs. We shall determine the issues and provide the estimated price of repair before sending them to Japan.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the repair shipping costs, even within the warranty period.
