Exciting news for Hello Kitty fans! To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the beloved character, the Hello Kitty Shinkansen collaboration with Seiko is back in 2025 and is now available for PREORDER!
Since June 2018, the iconic pink ribbon livery Hello Kitty Shinkansen 500 TYPE has been running between Shin-Osaka and Hakata, connecting different regions. To mark this special occasion, the interior of the train has been re-decorated with a 50th anniversary theme.
The special edition watch features a pink-themed dial, with a golden "Bow" hairclip embedded near the 1 o'clock position. Hello Kitty herself can be seen sitting between the 7th and 8th indices, and the crown is engraved with a ribbon heart.
