This G-Shock collaboration model is a project for Casio with Japan's leading creative director, Kashiwa Sato. He was born in Tokyo in 1965. Graduated from the Department of Graphic Design, Faculty of Art and Design of Tama Art University. Spent 11 years at Hakuhodo and established his own creative studio, SAMURAI, in Japan in 2000.
The base model used the DWE-5600, featured carbon fiber reinforced resin for case material and enables easy detachment and attachment of the band and bezel, for which two extra sets in clear semi-translucent green and orange are available for the wearer to interchange and even do mix and match at will, at a result, a total of 27 variations can be created.
The dial on this DWE-5600KS-7 incorporates the vivid red, blue, and white lines in the motif of LINES, which is Kashiwa Sato's artwork series.
