Masked Rider is a character that has captivated people since its first broadcast in 1971. This anniversary model is modernized based on the model of the time and incorporates the design of Masked Rider 1 throughout, expressing the heroic figure of the Masked Rider fighting the Shocker for human freedom.
The watch is a limited edition of 4,000 pieces. It features an automatic movement with manual winding capability and a power reserve of approximately 41 hours. The case is made of stainless steel and measures 42.5mm in diameter, with a thickness of 13.4mm and a lug-to-lug distance of 46.0mm. The crystal is curved Hardlex and the watch has LumiBrite on the hands, indexes, and bezel. The band is made of calfskin and has a length of 195.0mm.
The dial is textured and funky in design and color (it is very dark green), inspired by the helmet of Masked Rider 1. It features baton applied markers and hands, all filled with slightly beige LumiBrite, a silver-colored block minute track, and a red lollipop seconds hand. The red scarf that the superhero wears also serves as the inspiration for the dial’s red seconds hand.
The case back features a see-through crystal with a special decoration - the Tachibana Racing logo. The watch comes with a black calfskin leather strap with red stitching.
