Casio G-Shock has announced the release of the "CLEAR REMIX" collection, a 40th-anniversary model of the shock-resistant watch "G-SHOCK." This series features seven models with a design that allows users to enjoy viewing the internal parts of the watch from the outside. The G-Shock has shipped more than 140 million units worldwide since its inception in 1983, and this collection celebrates its durability and style.
The "CLEAR REMIX" series showcases the challenging spirit of G-SHOCK, with a design that exposes internal parts such as modules and circuit boards. The collection features popular models such as the square form of the first model, with skeleton materials in the case, band, liquid crystal, buttons, and more. The cosmetic box is a special package that uses recycled materials, making it an eco-friendly choice.
The seven models in the collection include:
- DW-5040RX / DWE-5640RX: Based on the square form of the first machine, this model adopts a skeleton liquid crystal and has a design that shows the patterned G mark on the circuit board. The DWE-5640RX is a combination of different materials of resin and metal in the band.

- DW-6940RX-7: Based on the DW-6900, which features three indicators on the dial, this model adopted a skeleton liquid crystal, dial, and center case. The circuit board is decorated with a patterned G mark.

- GA-114RX / GMA-S114RX: Based on the digital analog combination GA-110 / GMA-S110, this model has a skeleton material center case and transparent resin side buttons.

- GA-2140RX / GMA-S2140RX: Based on the "GA-2100 / GMA-S2100" featuring an octagonal bezel, this model adopted a skeleton dial that shows the module under the dial.
