To celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the Japanese classic manga "Galaxy Express 999", Seiko has lodged a collaboration Special Limited editions to commemorate this occasion.
The highly cost-effective Seiko Spirit Chronograph Tachymaster series is used as the base model. The design is inspired by the appearance of the heroine Maetel. The all-black dial with gold accents represents the all-black outfit and her beautiful blond hair. The plate of the Galaxy Express 999 can be seen at the 12H position and the Iridescence hour markers represent the dreamy and mystic cosmic sky.
The logo of the 45th Anniversary as well as an illustration of Maetel are printed on the case back as well as a limited serial number. The watch comes with a special packaging box and is limited to 999 pieces.
The watch is presented in a special commemorative box plus an exquisite postcard. The watch is made in Japan which is a guarantee of quality. They are limited to 5,000 pieces each and only available in Japan, so, PREORDER yours or it will be too late!
