Inspired by one of the main character Snufkin - a philosopher and a wanderer who enjoys the simple things in life – fishing, playing his harmonica and walking alone at night, who appeared in the Moomin series of books and cartoons, this Seiko special collaboration watch was born!!
The watch was filled with fun and peaceful details of Snufkin, having a great leisure time without anything hindering his mind as if in the story, fishing! The dial is in light cream white color showcasing Snufkin walking on the water rocks with his fisihing rod; 3 fishes were showing at the 3 o'clock position which added an extra sense of playfulness. The indexes were in a very unique font called the "Moomin font".
The watch case cover was engraved with the limited production serial number as well as a fun design of the characters lookings at the water!
The watch came togther with a special packaging box which is nice ot display as a collectable items, they were only available for ordering in Japan as the Moomin family is very popular in the country!!
